A little history …
Heritage Lifestyle was founded by Anna Coupland and born out of her
passion to create something unique and special for her local community
at Millhouses. Anna wanted to bring a splash of colour and a new
lifestyle experience to the people of Sheffield while balancing her own
family life.
In 2015, Josh Mintoft joined the team, and a fantastic partnership was
born. Together, Anna and Josh worked tirelessly to bring the best of the
best to their customers. They were committed to providing an exceptional
shopping experience that was tailored to the needs of the community. The
passion and dedication that Anna and Josh shared helped to create a
dynamic and thriving business. In 2018, the stars aligned, and the duo
was fortunate enough to purchase the shop next door. This was a turning
point for the company, and in May 2019, Heritage Lifestyle was born. The
store quickly became the go-to destination for anyone in search of
unique and stylish products. Heritage Lifestyle is a local independent
department store that is proud to be a part of the Sheffield community.
The company is committed to providing an unforgettable shopping
experience, where customers can browse through a wide range of products
tailored to their needs. From fashion to home decor, Heritage Lifestyle
has something for everyone.
Martha's Café
We have a bustling café at the back of the shop called Martha's.
Named after Anna's Great Gran, Martha Heritage. It is a popular meeting place for our local customers and a welcome break for those that have travelled to visit us. We have a wonderful selection of tasty breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas - our scones are said to be the best around! and amazing cakes too. All our food is prepared fresh on the premises; our scones and cakes are all home-baked. Since the day we opened Chocolate Guinness Cake has been our customers’ favourite. Over the years we have added new cakes that give the favourite a run for its money – we believe we have something for everyone. Which one will you try first?
We want you to know that all our teas and coffees are sourced from small local Sheffield businesses.
Lifestyle
We are very keen to make Heritage Lifestyle a destination for our customers beyond the shop and café. When we moved to our new and larger premises we were able to realise our vision.
Located above us you will find Renaissant - a long-established hair, beauty and nail salon offering expert Wella colour services, Henna brows, lash lifting and aesthetic treatments.
To top the building off we have The Wellbeing Loft. A popular meeting space to hire not only for our local community but as an out of town space for training events.
