Shipping policy

DELIVERY

For deliveries to the United Kingdom:

• Standard Delivery £3.00 for orders up to £50
• Standard Delivery £5.00 for orders between £50 and £100
• Standard Delivery £10.00 for orders over £100

Deliveries will always be made with Royal Mail or Evri.

Royal Mail and Evri deliveries generally arrive 2-3 working days from dispatch, but can occasionally take longer. Items are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date.

ORDER DISPATCH

We endeavour to dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours of purchase. If your order contains a mixture of items with different dispatch times, you can decide whether we:

• Wait until all items are ready and dispatch together, or
• Send each item as soon as possible (for an additional charge per extra delivery)

RESERVE IN-STORE

When reaching the checkout, you will be able to select Collect in Store. You can then fill in your details and we will set aside the item for you. You will have to make payment online.
